EACA Adhesive nails with clips
Description
EACA self-adhesive pins are designed for fastening insulation materials to smooth surfaces, providing a practical and efficient solution for HVAC and industrial applications.
They consist of a weld pin integrated on a high-performance self-adhesive base, allowing installation without drilling, welding, or other mechanical fixing methods on air ducts, silencers, plenums, and casings.
The high adhesive strength of the base ensures secure and long-lasting anchorage, helping to reduce installation time and simplify on-site operations.
Characteristics
50 × 50 mm galvanized steel base, 0.4 mm thickness;
Copper-coated steel pin, 2.7 mm diameter;
30 mm washer diameter;
Reliable temperature resistance from -40°C to +80°C.
Use
- Insulation systems for HVAC ductwork;
- Industrial process equipment;
- Acoustic attenuators and silencers;
- Cleanrooms and controlled environments;
- Marine and offshore installations;
- Food processing plants.
Installation
To ensure optimal performance, installation must be carried out on clean, dry, and contaminant-free surfaces, with temperatures between +15 °C and +25 °C. Maximum adhesion is achieved within 24 hours after application. A fixing density of 8 to 12 supports per m² is recommended, depending on the weight of the insulation material and the specific application conditions.
