Description
Regulation dampers with blade movement by means of gears located outside the air flow and special gaskets on the blades, capable of guaranteeing tightness class 4 according to the EN 1751 Standard.
Characteristics
- Made from Z200 galvanised steel + natural aluminium;
- Riveted frame, front-welded, 1.5 mm thick, 210 mm deep;
- Frame sealed internally at the corners with silicone for a tight fit;
- 40 mm flange with Ø9 holes, 300 mm pitch, BM=20 mm;
- Fins in natural extruded aluminium alloy EN AW-6060 with silicone sealing gasket;
- Fin pitch 200 mm with opposing movement;
- Side sealing slats in raw 301 stainless steel;
- Bronze bushings;
- End pins Ø18 mm in galvanised steel;
- Fin movement via external galvanised linkages;
- Control pin Ø18, protruding L=100 mm;
- Control plate designed for manual and/or motorised operation (suitable for models with anti-rotation rod).
- Temperature: from -10°C to +180°C (Negative temperatures are achievable only provided that no ice forms); Pressure drop tests carried out in accordance with ISO 7244;
- Self-generated noise tests carried out in accordance with UNI EN 25135;
- Leakage test in accordance with DIN 1946/4;
- Leakage test in accordance with EN 1751;
- Sealing class 4C in accordance with EN 1751:2014 and class 4 ATC3 in accordance with EN 1751:2024;

Description Eur Manual Control R18Z a.r.
Supply and installation of an airtight control damper for ventilation and air-conditioning duct systems, model ERT-A 200T, consisting of a Z200 galvanized steel frame, 210 mm deep and 1.5 mm thick, riveted and front-welded, with internally silicon-sealed corners to ensure air tightness. The damper shall be equipped with opposed-blade aluminum airfoils manufactured from EN AW-6060 natural extruded aluminum alloy, with a blade pitch of 200 mm and silicone sealing gaskets. The construction shall include side sealing strips in AISI 301 stainless steel, bronze bushings, Ø18 mm galvanized steel end shafts, galvanized external linkage mechanisms, and a projecting Ø18 mm control shaft suitable for manual operation or motorized actuation. The perimeter mounting flange shall be 40 mm wide and drilled with Ø9 mm holes at 300 mm centers. The damper shall be suitable for operating temperatures ranging from -10 °C to +180 °C and shall comply with pressure loss testing according to ISO 7244, self-generated noise testing according to UNI EN 25135, and leakage testing according to DIN 1946/4 and EN 1751. The damper shall achieve Air Leakage Class 4C according to EN 1751:2014 and Class 4 ATC3 according to EN 1751:2024. The unit shall be supplied complete with all accessories required for proper installation and operation, in the dimensions specified in the project documentation.
