Description :

Grilles with fire resistance up to EI60 that can be installed in different wall applications, certified according to EN1634-1, EN 1364-1 E 1364-2. 

Easy to install and aesthetically pleasing, they can be supplied in 3 different colours: RAL 9022 standard, RAL 9016 and RAL 7024 on request.

Characteristics :

Intumescent blades with fire resistance up to 100°C. The standard version has no frame, but it can be supplied on request; this also goes for the counter-frame, which is necessary to obtain a fire resistant transfer grille.

Use :

The GZ60 grille can be used as a fire resistant grille or as a transfer grille in a rigid wall, rigid floor, plasterboard wall and wood panels. It is not suitable for installation on ducts or ducted boxes. When used as a transfer grille, the air must move naturally without any forced air flow (e.g. pressurised or negative-pressure room).

Accessories :

  • GZKF fixed frame for grille type configuration.
  • GZKV counter-frame for transfer grille type configuration.

Important note:

The GZ60 grille is tested in standardised constructions according to the EN 1634-1 / EN 1364-1 / EN 1364-2 Standards.
The results achieved are valid for similar supporting structures with a fire resistance, thickness and density equal to or greater than the supporting construction used during the test.
