GE120 Fire Grilles
Description
Grilles with fire resistance EI 120 (Ve i ↔ o) certified according to the EN 1364-1 Standard, suitable for the natural ventilation of technical rooms.
Characteristics
Linear bars made of synthetic material with inside fire-resistant intumescent material up to 100°C.
For indoor use and suitable for installation in rigid walls.
HDF-reinforced external frame
Use
The GE120 grille can be used as a fire resistant grille or as a transfer grille in a rigid wall. It is not suitable for installation on ducts or ducted boxes. When used as a transfer grille, the air must move naturally without any forced air flow (e.g. pressurised or negative-pressure room).
Important Note
The GE120 grille has been tested in standard supporting constructions in accordance with EN 1634-1, EN 1364-1, and EN 1364-2. The test results are valid for similar supporting constructions with fire resistance, thickness, and density equal to or greater than those of the supporting construction used during testing.
