Description :

Flexible duct made of polyurethane (PU) sheet and copper plated steel wire helix (0,60 mm thickness).

Characteristics :

Colour : transparent (blue or black on request)
Temperature range: from-40°C to +90°C (+125°C peaks)
Axial compressibility : 3:1

Size:

Standard 20 meters. From the diameter 250mm 10 meters.

Use :

-aspiration of chippings, wood and other material dust
-pneumatic transport of textile fibres and paper
-aspiration of pharmaceutical ingredients, foodstuff and powder food components.
-Installation in organic/chemical systems.

Peculiar characteristic of this tube is the great resistance to abrasion and cutting (5/6 times greater than rubber and 7 times more than PVC).

The length of the hose should to be considered in a extended position and at environment temperature (16/18°C - tolerance ±2%)
