EVHRN-T Heat exchanger cross flow up to 3000m³/h and 80% efficiency
Description
Non-residential dual flow ventilation unit with medium efficiency for heat recovery (η> 73%). Ideal solution to get the highest energy certification of buildings in the tertiary, industrial and collective residential sector (centralized condominium systems).
All sizes of the evhrn-t recovery unit can be installed both horizontally and vertical as inside they all have a double condensate collection tank.
The installation can be done both indoors and outdoors (with protective roof), with an ambient temperature between -15°C and + 50°C.
Technical Features
Structure composed of self-supporting galvanized sheet metal frame with 10+15mm thick polyethylene adhesive insulation. Condensate collection tank in galvanized sheet metal, counter-current aluminum static heat exchanger with 80% efficiency, automatic by-pass, automatic defrosting of the exchanger (via anti-freeze strategy), backward curved radial fans with EC motors with electronic speed control, low consumption (Erp 2018), single-phase (up to size 200) and three-phase (size 250, 300) which guarantee high static pressure values available to the ducting. Circular inlets for connection to the air ducts. Low pressure drop filters (EN 779) class ePM 10 50% (M5) for extract air and ePM 2.5 65% (F7) for supply air. Side access doors and internal technical spaces for easy filter inspection / maintenance. Horizontal or vertical installation.

IN2 Version - Elettronic Control Device
Version IN2: equipped with electronic control board for 3-step fan speed management, antifreeze function and automatic bypass. Remote touch wall-mounted control panel for 503 box installation. On-board temperature sensors and possibility to manage an auxiliary hot water coil. Humidity / air quality sensors integrated into the remote display.
EVCNV2-N: advanced remote controller with integrated humidity and VOC/CO₂ sensors, black finish.
EVCNV2-B: advanced remote controller with integrated humidity and VOC/CO₂ sensors, white finish.
EVCNW2-N: advanced remote controller with integrated humidity and VOC/CO₂ sensors, with integrated Wi-Fi, black finish.
EVCNW2-B: advanced remote controller with integrated humidity and VOC/CO₂ sensors, with integrated Wi-Fi, white finish.
Adjustment configuration IN2
The machine will be delivered with H5-A or V1-A configuration. A B configurations selectable by electronics.
Elettronica di Comando - Version S
Version S: the unit is supplied without electronic control board and fan speed is controlled via 0–10V input signal.
The EVTDV remote terminal with LCD display is available as an optional accessory for fan speed and bypass control, including several advanced functions such as:
- independent control of each fan speed, allowing operation in positive or negative pressure mode;
- timed dirty filter alarm;
- possibility to connect the EVSQV air quality sensor, sold separately.
