ECPFM Modular box with activated carbon filter holder
Description
Modular filter units with activated carbon are designed for air filtration and deodorization in environments with non-hazardous pollutants. The housing is configured for two filtration stages: the first stage uses a corrugated Coarse pre-filter, and the second stage uses an odor-adsorbing cartridge filter.
Features
The supporting structure consists of a 30 mm extruded aluminium profile, while the panels are 25 mm thick sandwich-type galvanized steel panels with an internal expanded polyurethane foam lining (density: 35 kg/m³).
For improved panel sealing and to prevent air leakage between the aluminium profiles and the panels, a neoprene gasket is fitted.
The dedicated spring-loaded frame installed inside the casing allows quick and easy maintenance for filter replacement.
Use
The ECPFM series filter housings are suitable for indoor installation and can be used to filter and deodorize both intake air and exhaust air in industrial or commercial environments.
